advice?

i’m starting the birth control pill soon, asking for advice from any former or current pill users. anything helps, really. i’m 17 & sexually active. what other drugs is it unsafe to take the pill with, drinking or smoking? side affects, weight gain? how you dealt w it, educate me :)

Answer

Antibiotics!!!! If you are ever put on antibiotics while on the pill, condom UP!!! For at least seven days after being done with the antibiotics. 
Be sure to take the pill everyday at the same time. Figure out a time 90% of the time you will be able to drop what you are doing to take it. 
I literally had an alarm that went off to remind me.

Sometimes you will bleed more than usual , like having 2 periods in one month and sometimes only once , sometimes randomly bleed in one day then again 4 days later
