I’m afraid he will ignore me again

So I’ve only been with my bf for 4 months and I was always comfortable telling him how I felt and we always worked through it without fighting which I thought was healthy... but one day I kept asking him if he was losing interest in me and he got frustrated with me and ignored me for a week. He finally ended up replying to me and said he needed time to think. I gave him that.

Then after about a week and a half I told him that if he can’t make up his mind now that he just needs to break up with me and that he would know if he wanted me or not. We worked it through and since then he’s been distant (I understand) and blah blah. The only issue now is that I am scared he will ignore me again if I bring things up.... like I am not feeling secure like I was before.

How can I bring this up to him without it coming off as accusations? I don’t want to mess anything up.
