Preeclampsia?

I have a history of preeclampsia with my 1st pregnancy and I’ve been closely monitored by the doctor weekly now that I’m pregnant with my 2nd. As I was trying to sleep tonight, my right hand felt sore. I didn’t think anything of it until I realized I didn’t sleep on it or anything and I looked at it and it looks slightly swollen. My feet aren’t swollen, and my other hand isn’t swollen. I don’t have a headache either. I took my blood pressure and first reading was 143/97, I took a deep breathe for 10 mins, and it went down to 133/82. I’m currently 33 weeks 😭 I’m hoping and praying this isn’t the start of it. Please pray for me. To also add, I drank a venti green frap at 9pm so I’m super caffeinated still 😞
