Abusive or Not ??‼️

Question

How do you know you’re in an abusive relationship verses regular arguments and anger.

Answer

I'd say study abusive behavior. That's the only real way to differentiate imo. 
I learned the hard way, by being in an emotionally abusive relationship that just started to turn more physical. 
I figured arguing was normal, and my parents argued a lot when I was young. So, even when I told my mom she said some level of manipulation is normal in a relationship after I told her my boyfriend trapped me in his car and wouldn't let me go home. 
Eventually, I left & studied up, come to realize most people do have some level of abusive behavior. My parents did. 
People who are healthy partners will not call you names, can apologize, can see what they did wrong, and want to talk through things mutually. They don't gaslight or put you down, they don't throw things or punch things, they don't ignore you for inappropriate amounts of time, they don't dismiss you or your feelings all the time.

Well I guess the first thing is what are you fighting about..next would be.. has anything phyiscal ever happen.. have you ever felt little or afraid.. how about afraid of the others reaction when you wanted to ask, or do something you knew they wouldnt like.. orr have you ever got physical, or said things perposely to upset, belittle, or control someone elses actions or responses.
