Stage 4 Endo and TTC

I found out I have Stage 4 endo a year ago after my ectopic pregnancy. I ended up having my right tube removed due to complications. I have been trying for 8 months since the ectopic with no luck. Had an ultrasound done last week which found the endometriosis has come back. My DH also has low sperm count and motility.

I would love to hear stories from anyone who has this condition and how your TTC journey has been and how you manage your daily pain. Thanks for reading.
