Friendship

I was wanting some advice on a friendship. Yesterday my friend wanted me to pick her up from work and sent me a message on Facebook because she hasn’t been feeling well (flu like symptoms) she works about 10 minutes away from work and doesn’t drive so it would be a 15 minute bus ride to get home. Anyway she sent me a message at 9am and I didn’t read it as I was having a sleep in and got up late since my partner was staying the night (we only spend time with each other on weekends due to my busy schedule). She sent me another message around 1 say or not. Around 1:10ish I saw her message because we got in the car and were on our way to lunch (my boyfriend had organised since I’ve been feeling down) so I told her we wouldn’t be home in time for me to pick her up she finished at 1:30. Once I got home she had her door shut and the cats in her room with their food and kitty litter in there (one is usually outside on the balcony and their food and water is usually in the lounge room). She usually has her door open for her room so the cats can come in and out. I understand she’s annoyed but she’s never done this before and it’s really hurtful. Don’t know what to do :/
