Can I move out of state with my daughter ?

So I’m getting a divorce. He knows and wants me to have full custody. Today I caught him master baiting while she was asleep in his arms and he was watching porn too. I left and reported it even if people think that’s dramatic I don’t. I want to move out of state can I? After I file for the divorce of course. Please be nice. A little back ground info we’ve been separated for a year and I was moving out this month literally in a week but I’m wanting to move states now.

That kind of depends on the law where you live. If you have full custody and believe he’s willing to give up rights to her, then yes, you should be able to move out of state.
I recommend consulting an attorney and absolutely not leaving your daughter alone with him.

My situation is different because I’m pregnant but I’ve consulted with a lawyer where I live and have to give birth in the state I plan to live in or else my ex can keep me here or a judge can even if he would agree to let me move.  We also aren’t married but I would definitely talk to a lawyer.  I’ve had to have a lawyer in my home state and the state I plan on moving too.  My baby has tested positive for a genetic medical condition and I’m moving to be near family and better drs.  From what I understand geographical restrictions are the hardest thing to not have when involved in a custody dispute.  I would make sure in the divorce that there are none but a lawyer will probably tell you that you can’t move until after the divorce or custody agreement unless you have a temporary custody agreement.

I'd throw a fit if I caught my guy masturbating even in the same room as my kids. That's very sick. I'd contact a lawyer if you can and tell them that. I'm not sure about the laws but definitely ask a lawyer. Some do free consultations

Um,  that's predatory behavior... I'm sorry but no one in there right mind would be watching porn and masterbating while having there child in there arms unless they are a sicko , get you and your kid out of there . Also some states if you move and get assistance you can sign a paper stating that you dont want him to have your info because you believe he is dangerous.
