GENTLE c-section
Has anyone heard of or experienced a gentle c-section? I have been reading up on the benefits and would love to hear from you!
For medical reasons, I had a c-section with my daughter 7 years ago and was devastated to not remember the experience, have skin to skin contact or breast feed right away.
Currently pregnant with twins and know that c-section is my only option.
