Help..

I’ll start off with saying I had a seizure about three years ago, then another one two years ago. The first one I was fully awake and the second one happen in my sleep. I have no had anymore episodes, but I have stopped taking my medicine I took for a year or so because a new doctor told me it wasn’t a seizure medication it was for migraines. When waking up in the mornings or when I’m awoke, my body jerks sometimes. These past few days I have had the worst headaches, but yesterday my head was throbbing, and I heard and felt like vibration through my head, and I was so dizzy. I looked this up and someone people experienced this before a seizure, and it terrifies me. I was prescribed a medicine about a year ago and I have yet to take it because I’m scared of the side effects, at the moment I’m currently not taking anything. Can anyone give some advice or has had the same thing happen to them, if so please help.
