Sick and Hurting

So yesterday I had been crying a lot after my appointment because they told me one of my twins were at 4% the other at 9% and that baby a isn’t growing like shes supposed to. And they said they’d have to start talking about delivery at 28 weeks if she doesn’t get to ten percent by then. I’m 23 weeks and in two weeks she didn’t move from 4%.

So, me crying I guess started up sinus drainage in my throat and nose because I just feel like there’s so much fluid in my nose and throat and my throat. Omg. The pain is making it so I can’t sleep. I mean it’s 3 am 😭.

Anyone know what I can do?

Sneezing and my whole body hurts now.
