Is flying for 6+ hours safe at 5 months?

A NICU/L&D nurse friend of mine says it's okay but to get up and walk often and to wear compression socks. What are your thoughts?

Yes it's fine before 28 weeks, just wear compression socks and move around every once in a while.

I did it at 6 months and i only got a little nauseous at take off and landing other than that I was fine 😊
