They will know what to do but the first thing they are going to tell you to do is strip him if all of his clothes except for his diaper they will give him a mixture of Tylenol and ibuprofen to get his fever down as soon as possible at least that is the way they did it with my daughter they also gave her ice cream to eat but she was too sick and didn't want to eat it hope baby feels better soon
