ALWAYS ITCHING AT NIGHT

I’m always constantly itching at night everywhere ( my legs , arm , back , stomach ) There’s always small red bumps . This has never happened to me before . I don’t know if it helps but I have a dog but she gets treated for fleas. I’m also pregnant I’m just so tired of always having to wake up at night because I need to scratch my skin bad . Do you guys have any ideas what it can be ?
