Would you go to the ER for this?

I saw my primary care dr a couple of weeks ago for persistent nausea, weight loss, and not being able to eat much. She ran a bunch of labs that came back mostly normal (low electrolyte levels and lower then normal liver levels) and sent in a GI referral to check out my gall bladder. But, the GI can’t get me in until June with all of this mess going on. They have me on high priority cancellation list, but that’s all they can do for me and I can’t afford to seek outside help as closest is 3 hours away.

But, since the appointment the nausea has gotten worse and the meds aren’t really working. And now I have horrible heartburn, my throat and chest just constantly feel on fire. Nothing is helping. I know if I go to the ER, they’ll do an ultrasound and I’ll have answers sooner. But, I’m not sure if it’s really an emergency.
