Spotting help

Hello ladies. I had some spotting (light pink when I wiped) this morning. I know it’s silly but I wiped several times and after the 4th time there was nothing there. I have also had some light cramping but nothing more then I have been over the last few weeks. About 30 minutes later went to the bathroom again and there was nothing. I’m around 6weeks and 2 days. Have an appointment Wednesday. Should I call the doctor? I had a miscarriage in January so I am freaking out. What do you ladies think?
