another vent ..

just turned 10 weeks and have been experiencing back pain and keep having to poop, and even when i don’t poop i feel like I have to ( but nothing comes out ) .. scared because i have two miscarriages prior to this pregnancy. im so scared i cry almost every other night 😩 .. just want to know I’ll have a healthy baby in the end. first doctors appointment tomorrow been researching cerclage wondering if I can get that.
