What are your thoughts on Zofran?

Question

I called my OB to see if there was anything I could do for my constant nausea and vomiting during my first trimester. She offered Diclegis and said she’d get a verbal from the doctor and call back if he changed the plan. She calls back and says they’re prescribing me Zofran and Phenergan along with a B6 morning noon and night. The more I researched Zofran the more I’ve become concerned... what are your thoughts on these?

My Dr said she saves Zofran as a last resort because it’s not the safest option. She prescribed me Dilectin (same ingredients as unisom+B6) twice a day which has been pretty effective. It does make me sleepy though.

I took it and it was a hit or miss for me once and a while it worked and sometimes it didn’t

Take them. They are safe to take during pregnancy.
