My one year old drinks cows milk and well people decided to panic buy all of it we still have half a gallon but what can I give her to substitute it ?? ( no formula because stores are all sold out  and no breast milk because I’m pregnant and get contractions when trying to nurse/ pump)

Gas stations often stock Milk we have had great luck finding it there!

This is why I'm glad I did not start the cows milk yet fully.  I'm stocked on formula. 
I would call the store and explain maybe they can hold you one?  I've been freezing what I have because it's about to expire.  Also try the formula websites?

Goats milk. Silk makes a High protein milk that’s a blend of cashew almond and pea protein. Boathouse farms and Ripple also make high protein plant based milks. 
As a temp substitute you Caitlin also use other plant based milks that aren’t vitamin fortified if you’re eating a well balanced diet. Cashew, almond, oat milk are all good. I’ve heard flax and hemp milk are also vitamin rich but I have not used those.

My pediatrician said it was fine to offer any kind of milk even almond, soy, etc. Ask your doctor if that’s fine- might be a good temporary or backup milk in these crazy times. Unopened almond milk doesn’t even have to be refrigerated. But definitely ask your pediatrician first, that’s just what mine recommended.

Milk deliveries are usually early in the morning, I have been going early and there has been some left. Anytime after 11am and it’s all gone for the day

contractions arent bad, you can still nurse/pump while pregnant. but if you dont want to that's okay. try your local health food store for some Goats Milk. Or local farmers might have some raw milk, I'd look around. Also, Facebook has a Human Milk for Human Babies page for pretty much every state. id ask there too if you're comfortable with breastmilk donations. also I think you can buy breastmilk from a milk bank

I don’t get the milk hoarding either.  I have a 1 yo and a 6 yo.  I have decreased their milk but am giving both full fat yogurt.  Also giving the baby cereal for breakfast.  Had a lot leftover and am mixing it with fruit purées.
