Advice pls

So it is back I already asked my ob for a script so that’s taken care of but I don’t eat w the pills would that cause nausea I feel like I might throw up but I’m also warm

So the blister or whatever is near the perinal or whatever right at the bottom of the opening of my v whole and it’s leaking I believe it popped yesterday on accident while wiping but it burn bbw to per or pooping is hard I’m in so much pain anything besides my blunt to help with this !!
