How to stop bouncing baby to sleep
Ok ladies I need some advice.
When my son was a newborn he cried all the time he was born with a cleft lip so I’m not sure if that had anything to do with him being so fussy if he wasn’t eating or sleeping he was crying the only thing that ever calmed him down was to swaddle him or bounce him in a bouncer that’s how we always got him to go to sleep for naps and for bed at night. He’s always been a pretty good sleeper at night but we have to bounce him until he is into a deep sleep until we transfer him over into his pack n play. He is now 9 months old and when he gets tired he won’t just fall asleep we have to put him in a bouncer and bounce him to sleep and if we ever stop bouncing him he wakes up. He also won’t put his self to sleep in the car whenever we go places he will just scream and cry from being so tired. He sleeps in a pack n play at night beside our bed and he sleeps on his side and will sleep a stretch of 7 hours give or take before waking up for a bottle then goes back to bed but sometimes I have put him in a bouncer to get him back to sleep. I want to get out of this bouncing habit but it’s so hard because I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter I tend to as well any advice is welcomed
