Potty regression

My daughter is 3 1/2. She’s been potty training since 1, she peed on the potty consistently. And she’s been in underwear for almost a year.

She use to be great at going whenever she needed to. But the last few months she just pees her pants!

She started holding her pee and not going and then she ends up having an accident. We ask her all the time if she has to go potty and she says no no no and then literally 10min later pees her pants.

She will wake up in the morning, and will still hold it for hours unless I literally force her on the potty. Same thing for any other time during the day.

I’m at my wits ends with this. It’s multiple times a day now!!
