Visiting family during corona virus time

Hello All. My husband and seem to have different opinions on how “safe” to play these moments dealing with the corona virus. His mom lives about 10 minutes away and she has been wanting to come visit her grand kids 2 year old and 4 month old or asking if we can take them over. My husband had asked her to wait because of the situation. He keeps asking me when are we going to allow his mom to see the kids !!! Well I always reply until it’s safe for now we all stay in our homes but he has a hard time telling his mom no because she seems to be suffering not being able to see her grand babies... How can I handle this?
