In n out crazy pack during our quarantine?

I’m in California and where I live ( just like every where else I imagine) restaurants and fast food chains are only doing carry out or drive thru. I live in a small town and we only have one in n out and today we stop by to see if it was open ( many places have closed ofcourse) and not only was it open but was crazy packed with people inside??? Is this normal? I mean I’m confused I thought we were suppose to be 6 ft apart and not dining in??? Are your guy’s in n out like this right now?
