Constipation recommendations?
Hello! I'm 5 weeks 6 days and am normally regular up until a couple of days days ago, felt majorly constipated like a rock was sitting in my belly and wouldn't poop out.
I take a high quality prenatal, drink lots of water, eat very healthy
I know it's the hormones but I'm hesitant to take any laxatives.
Things I've heard that works but haven't tried: exercise, prune juice and apples, apple juice, dried apricots
What works for you to get things moving regularly?
