Safe teas for pregnancy
Hi! I'm an avid tea fanatic and I'm 4 weeks 2 days as of today. I'm researching for safe teas to drink during an early pregnancy. I'm getting a lot of conflicting articles. I thought I was going in the right direction by trying out one specifically made for a "Healthy pregnancy" but I found a site that said certain teas (which were listed in this blend) could cause a miscarriage.
Any advice or words from your doctors? My first appointment isn't for another 2 1/2 weeks.
