If you are with your child’s father, Who do you love more?

We were watching a comedian today that mentions he loves his kids more than his wife. This caused a conversation with my husband and I about the same thing and our answers were different which absolutely surprised me because we are on the same page on most things. I am interested to see what your answers are though I would caution you to have the conversation with a partner. It can get deep fast.

Two very different types of love.

I agree different types of love BUT.....I’m going to save my kids versus my husband. Some people feel differently but 🤷🏽‍♀️. I know it sounds horrible, and I love my husband AN INSANE AMOUNT, but I could work through losing him. It would be horrific and I would never want it. I would rather die than lose one of my kids. That’s a loss I couldn’t get past.

I read an article that said you're supposed to love your partner more. That the love for him will then carry onto the children but that the relationship between husband/wife is supposed to be stronger and that will build a stronger home and future. I try, and as someone said the love is different but I'm with my baby 24/7 so the bond is strong and my husband is such a shit sometimes he makes it hard 😂

We’re you watching Tom Segura? He’s my favorite comedian. It’s a different kind of love. Like he said, which i couldn’t stop laughing, “it’s different, I don’t want to fuck the kids” 
God i hope people understand this. Lol he’s a comedian and really freaking funny. 
I love love my husband. I want to be with him forever, but the love for my son is so different. Primal almost. I would kill for him if someone hurt him. I would do anything to protect him.

I mean they are different kinds of love, I mean I feel like equally, but then again my husband's love has conditions and I would save my children before him if it was necessary. My kids love is absolute and unconditional.

Two VERY different types of love. These are the types of love that are hard to explain. I wouldn't put a label on it whether one is equal, more or less. I love them both with my entire being for different reasons. After having our son, I found my love grew for my husband more than before and we've been together for 10 years. Can't imagine life without them.
