I just don’t understand

So December is when my periods started getting weird. They went from 30 day cycles and jumped to 42 day cycles. I just don’t understand. The doctor said I have pcos but looking at my results they aren’t bad. They are within normal limits. So why the hell did my periods go from 30 to 42 days. I’ve been ttc for a few months now and this bring thrown in is just making it harder. I looked up when someone would ovulate with a 42 day cycle and it says they only ovulate a few times a year. Like wtf?!? I’m so upset with myself and my body. Like what did I do wrong. I didn’t have a problem with conceiving my son. I wasn’t even trying. I had so much cm. I just don’t understand. I see a reproductive endocrinologist and she doesn’t wanna do a damn thing. My prolactin was 43.5 which is higher than it should be. I’m not in menopause because I’m only 22. I’m so upset....
