Lost and don’t know where to turn

So a couple weeks back I had 4 faint positives and then negatives. Went to get checked out/confirmation from doc a week later and nothing was there on the ultrasound and blood test came out negative. He also told me at the time of that appointment last week, that if it were ectopic that it would have been too soon to tell and to schedule an appointment for 3 weeks later for another ultrasound.

A few days later, he told me I must have had an early miscarriage and that we should take a break on TTC. But here’s the thing: haven’t had my cycle since January. No spotting, no nothing for 2 months! Zilch! Nada! Nothing!

Now, I must note that I don’t have normal cycles (PCOS) on my own, but when I take Letrozole I ALWAYS have a period around day 36...guys I took Letrozole at the beginning of this cycle and I’m on day 60+ at this point....I’m lost and I don’t know if I should keep bugging the doc about it given all that’s going on with the current crisis going on in the world right now. I’m scared and don’t have any answers at this point. I need advice.

I would have thought that my period or some bleeding would have occurred by now given the fact that I’ve been told I had a miscarriage.

I need help! Can someone tell me what I should do??
