I’m scared to see a OB

I never was able to get into a OB because I had a miscarriage before I set up an appointment, I wasn’t sure if I was suppose to see a OB after I miscarriage so I set an appointment with my doctor first. I ended up having to switch doctors because mine had surprisingly long just left. Anyway the doctor told me everything was fine and there was no need for a OB yet.

I am younger and did get judged by my doctor because I was pregnant and want to conceive ( I’m early 20s and she’s my new doctor) well flash forward almost a year of trying and nothing 😢

I’m wondering if I should make an appointment with a OB to see if everything is going normal for myself ? It also takes 3 months to set up an appointment with my primary doctor.
