Twin Pregnancy

I haven’t had my first ultrasound yet, its going to be on the 9th. I have been having this intuition that I am pregnant with twins, but very unsure. Twins run in my family, my grandmother had twins boy/girl, my mom was pregnant with twins but lost one (vanishing twin). I am very anxious and am scared of getting my hopes up. I also did have a miscarriage in January and got pregnant again right after my first period. I have two boys 8 and 5. Anyone ever feel this way?
