What can I do about my low sex drive?

It's basically non-existent at this point. I have no desire to have sex, I don't think about it, and whenever we do have sex, I almost don't enjoy it.
This makes trying to get pregnant, very difficult. What can I do?

I’m on lexapro for PPD and I have no sex drive as a result. I miss wanting to have sex. I never like to let more than 4 days go by without having sex for my husband’s sake but there is always a feeling of “ugh I have to have sex today” ...and then when it’s done, I get excited because I know I won’t have to for another two days. 
So I don’t have any advice. Just letting you know you aren’t alone. It sucks.

Have you had your hormones checked? Many women with low sex drive usually have irregular estrogen whether it’s too high or extremely low. May be an option. Age doesn’t matter. They also sell over the counter libido pills to increase your drive (the best ones aren’t exactly cheap but they work). If this is a mental thing for you, dig deep and ask if it’s a trauma keeping you from enjoying sex. If you’re lost and don’t know where to begin whether it’s mental or legit physical, talk to your doctor. Be honest. It’s fixable but you have to be willing to do the mental/physical work to break through it! If you’re having issues being intimate, id hold off on the TTC until you fix this problem. Idk your relationship but most relationships need intimacy and sex. I’d hate for this to become something that puts a wedge between you and your partner if it already hasn’t. Good luck!

Start with trying to pinpoint the reason you have no sex drive and go from there... do you know why?? When did it start, how strong was your drive prior?
