2mo Skin - what should I use?!

His forehead is SO dry and scaly. I’ve used aloe based lotion and organic nipple butter and breast milk and it has not improved. It’s scaly and lumpy and dry. He rubs his hands on his head and into his eyes and mouth so I need stuff that’s safe!

Dove sensitive skin body wash and lotion!!!!!!! My son was worse it worked miracles !

I put a bunch of coconut oil on my daughter’s forehead and let it sit for about 15 minutes. I gently rubbed it with a damp soft cloth to work the dead skin up. I did it a few times over a few days and it cleared her up. Her skin looked worse than you baby’s.

I use Shea butter. Coconut oil can actually start to dry your skin out if you use it a lot. Also gently exfoliate with a wash cloth

Maybe a little bit of coconut oil? I would use aquaphor before bed to
