Baby isn’t napping :/ help!!!

My daughters 14 months & for a month now she hasn’t been taking naps, I know she’s tired cus she’ll lay on the floor with heavy eyes & wine all day but when I put her in her bed she’ll just cry and stand up!! Or she’ll take a nap for seriously 20 min when she use to nap for 2/3 hours.. She’s barley eating too. This is becoming so frustrating :( fighting her sleep & not eating need advice
