10 days late

Hi ! I had my 1st cycle after my newborn baby girl in the 2nd of March . My cycle lasted a full week (I’m a 3-4 days normally) I was scheduled to start my cycle between the 28th-30th. NO FLO 😩 No signs of her. Instead I’ve had mild cramping within the last week, watery discharge, mood swings. Nothing too major. I had sex ONE TIME. I’m sooo nervous I might be pregnant again sooo soon 🥴🥺 my baby girl is 2 months old. Any suggestions? Helpful tips? Advice? Should I keep waiting? Is my body still adjusting? Should I test ?
