Postpartum chest pain?

So I’ve noticed the past few days I’ve been having chest pains. It feels like as if I had a horrible cough and made my ribs and chest sore. Maybe the cartilage is just inflamed?? Anyone else deal with this? Sometimes it feels like a darn heart attack it hurts so much. Mostly in chest and on right side ribs

I had this a few weeks PP. I had horrible chest tightening and felt like I couldn’t take a deep breathe. It hit me in the shower and when I came out I had my husband take me to the ER. They found nothing wrong. They think I had some kind of anxiety or panic attack,.,although I felt fine that day. Maybe a delayed reaction idk. Your body does funky things PP. when it happened again a week later I just got into a comfortable position and tried to talk myself through. I still don’t know what it was. I hope you feel better
