I caught feelings for a fling

I have had a fling with this person for about two years and I think I like him and I don’t know what to do, because it’s always been sex between us and I don’t know if anything will ever happen and a part of me wants to cut him off for that reason but another part of me doesn’t want to cut him off. I just don’t know what to do about this lol. And on top of it all, this quarantine has me overthinking about this and so many other things.
