Discharge

I had sex Sunday, April 5 and I had very bad pain during sex. It felt like it was burning, and it also hurt to pee. What could this be?

Also, today, April 8, I went to the restroom and had brown/pinkish discharge and there was a circle/blob (brown in color) about half the size of a dime.

UTI? Yeast infection? Early pregnancy?

I know y’all aren’t doctors, but I just wanted to see if you all knew what it could possibly be. I don’t want to go to the doctor with the virus going on right now.. so please don’t come at me.
