Which metal would you choose for engagement ring?

My bf and I are gonna get one custom made for me and I like all of the metals! I can’t decide, I have a pretty neutral skin tone so I feel like it all works for me which is why I can’t decide.

My engagement ring was flat rose gold. The internity sign with 13 diamonds. He got it from a pawn shop. after three years the bridge on the ring broke.we went to all the top brands for fixing the ring it would have costed us to 250 but very old jewelry store in my town they did it for under 45 bucks they fix the ring in store and never sent it out.My wedding ring is a man's flat silver from JCPenney's got two rings of the exact same for the price of one.the reasons I went with a man's ring is because they're flat their band are thicker an there's a less chance of me scraping someone with the ring.

My husband and I went with white gold just because it’s more traditional than rose gold (I’m personally not a fan of yellow gold but that’s just me). I feel like the rose gold is a fad and then those jewelry pieces will quickly look dated. But that’s just me. It’s really whatever you like. Maybe once you try on the different metals, one will stick out to you!

Hubby and I have been shopping around to upgrade my wedding ring set and I personally fell in love with the idea of a 2 toned ring...wich means it comes with 2 metals...in my case I want yellow and white gold. I love the idea because I personally hadn't seen a ring like that before. Idk if thats your cup of tea but maybe you don't have to pick 1 metal just find a combo of 2 you love🤷‍♀️ anyway good luck!

I don't care about the metall... But I wanted a silver toned ring. But my husband loves gold... I don't know, if I didn't tell it to him enough what color I want or he just went by his choice... 😃 So I got a gold one. But I like it anyway, he picked it out for me. And I love him.

My engagement ring is platinum and then our wedding bands were made to match each other (mine has a little diamond in it to make it more feminine) are white gold.
