Shot maybe, if you go on the pill you HAVE to take it at the same time every single day, And I know that my 16 yr old self would def forget.

I used pills when I was 16,until I was 22 then I stopped for the side effects. I also used the ring for a while but that can be a bit annoying.

I would say pill is better to start with, can be adjusted easier...kept my periods regular and it helped easy my bad cramps at that age

I used the evra patch when I was 16, up until I was 18. I loved my patch! lol

The pill was great for me at 14. Every one is different tho. I set an alarm and took my pill at the same time everyday and never experienced and odd side effects or pregnancy scares.

I was on the pill at 15. It was my best option! ☺️ I used it at first for acne now I’m 20 and use it for sex!
