My 10 month old has diarrhea

So, I need advice from you all on what worked best for your kiddos. My daughter is 10 months. I haven’t changed anything in her diet. She has gone from 1 poop a day of soft consistency to 4-5 runny, green, loose, foul smelling poops a day. She doesn’t act sick, no fever, no vomiting, she’s her normal happy self. Has her normal appetite. Idk what’s going on but it has me worried. I can’t take her to the DR due to the high amount of COVID-19 in my area and those surrounding. I bought Probiotic drops with lactobacillus in it. Any suggestions? She’s had plenty of wet diapers too so she’s not dehydrated.
