I just had a covid 19 test done ...... I have never been so sick in my whole life !!!

Yesterday everything was fine. I was preparing for Easter making some dessert and appetizers in advance. Had dinner and felt fine. Around 8 I all of sudden got the worse body aches. I hurt everywhere from my head to my toes. I could hardly walk. So I take my temp and it’s 100.6. Low grade. Within the hour it was over 103. I couldn’t move I couldn’t stay warm Tylenol wasn’t helping. All night my fever just kept going up. Highest was 105.9. I thought I was going to die. So I come to the hospital this morning and flu test is negative and the dr said she is going to assume it’s Covid19. I had the test but it takes 24-48 hours to get back. I have to get a chest X-ray and if it’s clear I have to go home and self quarantine for the next 14 days. I have 4 small kids !!! I’m so scared they will get it and also how am I not supposed to touch them for 14 days???
