Should I see a doctor?

Okay, I’m writing on here because I’m scared of talking to my mom about this kind of stuff. So, I’m 15 years old, don’t know if this matters, but not sexually active (but I do masturbate), and I’ve been searching some stuff up because I’m scared I have a yeast infection or a UTI.

I’ve been on my period for a while (110+ days) but that’s because of birth control, so I don’t masturbate as much as I normally would (I do about 2-3 times in 2 weeks.) But I’ve been having some itchiness on my perineum, and there’s some bumps too. Should I be concerned about what’s happening or is this normal to happen?
