Swollen vagina?

Is it normal for the opening of my vagina to seem larger and swollen? It's almost like there's extra skin just underneath the opening. I have two kids, one just 8 months old so maybe I haven't paid enough attention, but it was pretty noticable. No pain, itching, or discharge. I do have my period and use a menstrual cup so maybe it's just from stretching to accommodate that?
