Sleep Regression

I seriously need some help before I lose my mind. My baby will only sleep for a max of 2 hours at a time at night. Mostly 1.5 hours at a time. The only way she'll go back to sleep without tears is nursing and even then she's really restless. I know this is something that you just have to get through, but I'm really at the end of my rope here. The past two nights have been terrible and about the time I fall asleep, she wakes back up. Naps are terrible too. She fights them so hard and will get to the point of screaming herself to sleep and there's not really anything I can do to console her. I just have to ride it out. She'll usually scream and cry for 10-15 minutes before she finally wears herself out. It's been a nightmare and my husband isn't much help because he works long hours and it's usually just easier to get her back to sleep myself than it is to wake him up.

We have a good bedtime routine, we use white noise, make sure It's completely dark, use a pacifier and a weighted sleep sack, I don't drink caffiene past 12 PM because she's been really sensitive to it in the past. She gets a bath in lavender soap and gets rubbed down with lavender lotion every night. And she also sleeps in a bassinet in our room, but recently she wants to sleep in bed with me. I usually let her fall asleep in our bed and then put her in her bassinet, but she either wakes up when I lay her down or will only sleep an hour and a half or so. She's so restless for naps and at night. When I lay her in her bed for naps she either wakes up immediately or in about 10-15 minutes.

I'm beyond miserable and it's starting to effect how I take care of her. I'm a SAHM and have been home with baby for 3+ weeks for self isolation. I've called in reinforcements from my mom so I can shower, which I haven't done in 4 days, but I just really need help or advice or something.
