I introduced two people and they've dated but went their separate ways. People blame me saying I contributed to their break up. Is this the case?

I introduced two of my friends together. After their break up, people have been saying I contributed to their break up since I 'played matchmaker.' She has talked badly among her friends claiming I'm the reason they separated which I never got in between their relationship.
Do you think I was one of the reason that  contributed to their separation?

There must be more to the story. She is not saying it because you set them up I'd imagine.

I’ve had 1 fix up ever. More like dumped a loser on me. She’s still my friend but I love to throw it at her and make her laugh about it. This was years ago. Let just say he was a 33 year old 2 year old. When a guy says to you does it bother you that my mommy pays for our dates??? I have never said uhhhhhhhh so long in my life. I said no?  It was purely physical. He was an idiot. Couldn’t have a conversation about anything but what he was interested in which was golf that was it. He was a crossing guard and a golf caddie as his occupations. He had a pill box like an old man had acid reflux, dyslexia, a.d.d, depression you name it. He was the runt of the litter in the family let’s just say. I got to his apartment that his mommy and disability paid for it was a mess, pizza boxes everywhere, a giant duffel bag of porn videos and magazines and the best part was on his nightstand the dripping bottle of lube. Didn’t have a towel or soap or bottle of water or anything in his fridge he used shirts hanging in his closet as I’m his hand towels. I’m guessing he just slept there and went to his moms for everything.i felt bad for him and obligated to my friend I stuck it out for 3 months. Like I said it was purely physical and he wasn’t even good at it lol. We still joke about it. Worst fix up ever. Never again. We just crack jokes on him. I joke and say it’s her fault I ended up with him but it’s all in jokes. She’s all I did his mom a favor. I don’t actually blame her it’s all on jokes. We laugh about it. What a hot mess. Look if she actually blames you then she wasn’t your friend really. Shit happens. Things don’t work out. Now unless he was a rapist or murdered or something bad then she can’t really take it out on you. You just learned if she was really a friend that’s it. If she can’t get past it then it’s no loss.
