That looks like normal postpartum discharge to me. Also I would until you get the okay at 6 weeks to have sex again to do really anything down there in case of infection or just irritating your tear.

Normal PP discharge. I had so many weird clumps coming out of me 😂 
I had to be cut and tore on top of that. I didn’t shave until after my 6 week appointment when my midwife said I was cleared for sex. I was sooo careful though because I was still tender, and didn’t really “get in there” if you know what I mean lol
