I know I’m ready but how do I make a move?

So I met this guy a few months back. We hit it off instantly and became best friends. Well one thing led to another and we just continued to get closer. After 2 months of getting to know each other we started dating and have been going strong ever since. We live about 40 minutes away from each other and with school and all that we try to hangout atleast twice a week. One day we’ll find something to do and the other is usually a movie marathon day. Without getting too personal, while watching movies we tend to cuddle and get really close. Well his hands get a bit curious and I get a feeling when this happens everytime it leads to this. I’ve never felt this feeling about anyone else and I just know that I’m ready to do the dirty but I don’t know what steps I should take to approach this situation to move things along or what hints to give. I’m a virgin but he’s not so he knows exactly what he’s doing and I’m at the point where it’s like stop teasing me and just do it already but at the same time I don’t want to push things too far if he doesn’t want to. So if any of y’all have any advice it’d be greatly appreciated😂
