good way to make sure condom didn’t break?

I am on the pill but I still prefer to have sex with a condom anyway. I had sex with my boyfriend today and we used a condom. I made sure it didn’t break by running water in it afterwards. Nothing was leaking. Does that mean it definitely didn’t break?

This is just my experience*** I’ve had 2 condoms break in my life and both times it made a noise like a snapping noise and it was fully broken apart, you couldn’t miss it. I don’t know if they can break just a little bit, I wouldn’t imagine so.. but yeah filling it with water should be a good way to check. You’re 99.7% protected with the pill if you take it correctly anyway 😊

Usually you’ll feel it break but sometimes you won’t. I’ve had condoms break and didn’t feel it during sex but you can look at it and tell it broke.
Though we did use that method of putting water in the condom and one condom did have a tiny hole in it that we couldn’t see..
If it broke you would know by the water and by looking at it

I agree with the other comment. The times a condom has broke. It was obvious, his penis was literally out of the condom lol but my boyfriend in high school used to run water through the condones everytime after too just to make sure no holes or anything were there.
