Should a baby’s shower registry be post on social media?

My baby shower got canceled due to the covid 19/ stay home. I have several friends that have asked for my registry. How should I go about it?

You can make a post about how you will not be having a shower but for anyone that would like to, there’s a link to your registry. You can also send a private email to those who were planning to attend or were invited. I don’t think the former would offend anyone and you may be surprised by some people who purchase items for you.

I am having a “drive by” shower in June and everyone who would have been invited just got an email from my cousin who is hosting it with my registry in the email

I said yes just because I'm considering doing it just so it's out there. Some people may want to but won't ask. Some people might just be curious. However, so far we are only sending to those who ask.

I posted mine on fb because that is where the majority of my family members are and some friends. I also didn’t want to have to send things individually to people because that’s exhausting.
