Articles or something to help my SO understand?

I know I have some form of PPD and PPA, (it has NEVER has been directed or caused by my baby) My SO gets the brunt of it...crazy irritability, severe anxiety/nervousness, random bouts of crying, and just feeling super insecure about myself. (Not really my body, just past relationship insecurities) I personally don’t want to get on medication, nothing against it I just personally don’t want to. I have someone I talk to and it helps, but I was wondering if anyone knew of anything I could have my SO read or watch to help him understand and maybe be a little more supportive? Thanks in advance!

*he is mostly supportive I’m just not very good at communicating my feelings cause I just instantly start crying 🙄*
